At the end of March 2020, Jiangsu Hongci New Energy Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Qingchangyang New Energy Co., Ltd., affiliated companies of our company, SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Weining Energy Co., Ltd.and formally signed the transfer agreement on 70% shares of Qianxi Nanzhou Yilong Zhonghong Green Energy Co.,Ltd and 70% shares of Xingren Almaden New Energy Co.,Ltd
On April 26, 2020, in a friendly atmosphere, the staff of both parties formally completed the transfer and handover of equity .
