Energy Co.,Ltd., affiliated companies of our company, SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Weining Energy Co., Ltd.and formally signed the transfer agreement on 100% shares of Nanjing Zhaohewei New Energy Co.,Ltd and 70% shares of Qianxinan Zhonghong New Energy
Co.,Ltd.
On Jan 07, 2021, in a friendly atmosphere, the staff of both parties formally completed the transfer and handover of equity .
